Track Review : “Keep Your Secrets Close // Five O Fives

The Five O Fives are a garage rock band from the Midlands. They have long impressed me with their high energy rock music. They are back with a brand new single called “Keep Your Secrets Close.” Let’s see what this one is like.

Well, it’s a garage rock stomper. It has elements of Weekend Recovery to it, with a massive grungy riff that carries it. It’s heavy but also very melodic with a chorus that packs a big groove. The drumming is crisp and clear. You can hear the Wolf Alice influence, but it’s also worth noting that they carve out their own sound. A great find and a wonderful song.
